We're a small, local team that owns and looks after a handful of fully furnished homes around Denver. Whether you're here for a nursing contract, a relocation, or a fresh start, you'll deal with us directly. No call centers, no platform fees.

Live like a local, between the city and the foothills
Our homes are on Denver's west and north sides: close to downtown, the hospitals, and the trailheads. Where you stay shapes what your months here feel like.
Westminster
A city at the midpoint of the Denver–Boulder corridor, with quiet established neighborhoods, 90+ parks, and some of the best off-leash dog areas in the metro. Downtown Denver is about 20 minutes away and Boulder about 25.
Wheat Ridge
A quiet, established suburb just west of Denver. Our home is in the Fruitdale neighborhood, with tree-lined streets, big yards, the Clear Creek Trail, and a dog park within walking distance. Denver is about 15 minutes away and Red Rocks under 20.
Lakewood
A west-metro city between Denver and the foothills. Our home is in Morse Park, a tree-lined, community-minded neighborhood about a 10-minute walk from 242-acre Crown Hill Park. Denver is 15 minutes east and Red Rocks 20 minutes west.
Edgewater and Sloan's Lake
A small, walkable city on Denver's west side, wrapped around Sloan's Lake Park, the city's largest lake. Our home is one block from the 2.6-mile loop trail, about 10 minutes from downtown and 15–20 minutes from Intermountain Lutheran and St. Anthony hospitals.
How booking works
- Send an inquiry. Tell us your dates and what brings you to Colorado.
- Talk to us. We'll call or email to answer questions and find the right home.
- Sign the lease. A simple agreement written for stays of a month or more.
- Move in. We'll meet you or set up a smooth self check-in.
Common questions
Can I book a home online?
No, and that's on purpose. Send an inquiry and one of the owners will reach out to talk through dates, pricing, and the lease. We don't take payment on this website.
What is the minimum stay?
Most of our homes have a 30-night minimum. We focus on medium- and long-term stays, from one month to a year or more.
What does "fully furnished" include?
Everything you need to live there from day one: furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and a place to work. Bring your suitcase and your groceries.
Are utilities included?
Yes. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rate for our homes. If a home is an exception, we will say so on its page and when we talk.
